MARVEL P.I.&T., spol. s r.o.

is a Central European business company, founded in 1992, focusing on international business with commodities such as raw materials for light industry and various control and regulating components for the energy industry.

In 2004, after the gradual change in market conditions and subsequent fall in production and sales of light industry, the company decided to limit their business activities in this sector due to market shifts and began to focus primarily on developing sales and distribution of products and components for the power industry in Eastern Europe.

During 20 years of existence and successful operation in international business, the company acquired a number of regular customers, supplying an assortment of products. In addition, through its foreign business offices, the company has began offering a wide complex of business services such as market research, logistics, marketing, searches for suitable financing, the organization of companies cooperation and other activities associated with penetration and entry of new products into the market.

Our goal is to offer and subsequently guarantee to our costumers reliability, flexibility and expertise in the implementation of business transactions, and all this under the principle of fair-play and ethics in business.

MARVEL-BMT, Ltd.

is a subsidiary company of business subject Marvel P. I. & T., which was founded in 2018 as a support company working with the same product range as the parent company. This company was created to achieve closer daily contact with customers, simplify import operations on import production in to the Russian Federation, reducing exchange rate and business risk and increase technical support.

Between its main goals belong increase sale of electric actuators and gearboxes on eastern markets. Simultaneously increase and improve quality and extent of the business services offer for a wider range of customers in Russian Federation.

Within the business solution of supply of products from our business assortment, company also provides complex technical support of the producer and the customer service in the preparation and approval of technical conditions and various others technical and commercial documents that are required by the customers or the energy sector, for which the supply of the product is intended. Such services include adjustment of electric actuators and its assembly with the armature.

Complementary activities include installation of electric actuators and their production in the Russian Federation, comprehensive technical and financial service and the possibility of supply in the Russian currency (Russian ruble).
